UpdateIntervalNotSupported Fix
- Fixes the 'UpdateIntervalNotSupported' some Windows users were experiencing
New features, improvements, and fixes across the Cap desktop app, web, mobile, and browser extension.
Signing in with email now uses a one-time code instead of a magic link. Type the code from your inbox and you are in, with no link that opens in the wrong browser or gets eaten by a link scanner.
.cap bundle in Finder will now work properly. Studio recordings will open in the editor, and Instant recordings will open their .mp4 file in Preview. The dashboard now has a notifications inbox. See when someone views, comments on, replies to, or reacts to your Caps without leaving the app.
Enable "Experimental" features via Settings > Experimental.
Your Cap library now has folders. Group recordings by project, customer, or topic instead of scrolling one long list.
Caps can now be embedded on any website. Grab the embed code from the share dialog and drop the player into docs, wikis, or your own pages.
Spaces are shared collections inside your organization. Create a space for a team or project, add the right people, and drop Caps into it for everyone to see.
Transcripts are no longer read-only. Fix names, jargon, and mistakes directly on the share page, and your corrections show for every viewer.
Two additions to your library today: lock any Cap behind a password, and upload existing videos straight from the dashboard.
