I explain the three deployment models for Gravity, the benefits and trade‑offs of each, and how the same control plane works across them. Full SaaS lets us host the control plane and gateways, Hybrid keeps the control plane with us while you run gateways in your network, and Self‑managed places both on‑prem or private cloud, requiring you to handle upgrades and patches. I also note that any gateway can serve APIs, AI, event streaming, etc., can run on Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and can be managed via UI, REST API, the Gravity Kubernetes operator, or Helm, all while meeting SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI compliance.
