In this video, I, Grame Mostafa, Founder at Bonafile.fm, walk through the Fireside Flywheel, a process that compounds your pipeline through a series of strategic interactions. The process starts with identifying ideal customer profiles and top people within those accounts. We use AI to determine who is experiencing an acute pain that our solution can solve, and invite them to be on the show. For each guest, there are three positive outcomes: the direct path, referral path, and engagement path. The direct path involves a one-to-one follow-up after the podcast episode, with a 93% conversion rate to a discovery call. The referral path involves asking the guest to nominate other leaders who would be a good fit for the show, and then inviting them to be on the show. The engagement path involves providing assets to the guest to share on LinkedIn, which generates engagement and potentially new leads. We use a technology called Clay to filter for ICP fit, ensuring that only aligned individuals are invited to be on the show. The Fireside Flywheel creates a compounding effect, where one episode can lead to multiple discovery calls and potential closes.
