I walk through the billing module to show how to start a new billing cycle for a small utility, configure its dates and due‑date offset, and then export the meter‑reading data for Neptune‑type meters. After exporting a .imp file, I import a pre‑prepared reads.csv file, watch the upload progress until 49 of 50 reads are recorded, and explain how to handle the single missing read—either by notifying the service team or by using manual, percentage‑based, or smart‑estimate options.
