How to fix Ubiquiti account logins and offline server in Site Manager

I show how to restore access to a Hostify server that appears offline in Site Manager or won’t accept a Ubiquiti login. I start by logging in with the temporary owner account from app.hostify.com, then deactivate and delete the old user, set the new account as owner, enable remote access in the Control Plane console, and log in with my Ubiquiti credentials and 2‑FA. After linking, I become the owner and the server reappears in Site Manager; additional sites will populate shortly. Contact me with questions.
