3. PackWares: Deal Creation for Costing

In this video, I walk through the process of creating a deal and requesting costing for a sales inquiry. The process begins with selecting a recommended paper based on grades. I demonstrate how to create a deal by clicking on 'Create Deal' and filling in the required details such as customer name, quantity, and design. The customer name is prefilled from the customer module, and the quantity is set to 7,000. The design options are also prefilled, but can be customized. Once the deal is created, I save it and request costing. The status of the deal is then updated to 'Costing Awaited'. At this stage, I can only view the deal and cannot make any changes due to limited rights. The costing process is handled by a different module and is typically carried out by a selected group of people with the necessary expertise. The video concludes with the deal in a 'Costing Awaited' status, and the costing request will be covered in the next module.
