Omni report builder basic tutorial

I demonstrate how to create custom reports in our new dashboard, which is powered by Omni. First I open the Insights dashboard and navigate to Create Custom Reports, then I select a dataset—using Accounts for this demo—and explore the available tables and fields. I show how to filter by account IDs, add balance and route columns, and then use the AI‑driven natural‑language filter to keep only rows with non‑zero balances. After filtering, I adjust pagination, switch to chart visualizations, and save the report for future access. Finally, I point out the additional AI query tool that can generate a report automatically from a plain‑language request, wrapping up the workflow.
