In this video I walk Christophe through the process of updating the carousel on the home page of his WordPress site using Elementor. First, I tell him to log into WordPress (the link will be sent by email) and navigate to Pages → All Pages → Home, then click Edit with Elementor. Once the Elementor editor is open, I show how to click directly on any text to edit it, then move to the right‑hand panel where the carousel settings are located. I explain that if the panel is not visible, he should open the Structure tab. Inside the carousel section he can reorder slides, duplicate a slide, or rename it. To change an image, I select the slide, click the image placeholder, and replace it with a new JPEG (recommended size 1024 × 768, quality 50‑100). The link to the Airbnb listing is edited just below the image field. For adding a new slide, I advise duplicating an existing carousel item, renaming it, scrolling to the last slide in the Diapositives list, and then swapping the image and updating the link. I acknowledge that the widget is not the most flexible, and suggest we can explore other options if this workflow feels too complex. After all edits are done, I remind him to click Publish to save the changes. I also point out the History → Revisions feature, which lets him revert to a previous version of the page if anything goes wrong, so there is no need to worry about mistakes.
