Gorgias MCP Walkthrough 🎥

I recorded this video to show how Gorgias AI can instantly surface my customers' biggest pain points, turn raw ticket data into a styled report, and then automatically implement a solution—all without manual digging or meetings. By asking a plain‑English question, the AI scanned the last 30 days of tickets, highlighted subscriptions/returns as the top frustration and revealed that our bot can’t cancel subscriptions, causing unnecessary escalations. I then prompted the MCP to build a 90‑day ticket‑volume report broken down by channel and intent, which it generated on the fly. Finally, I asked the AI to draft a new instruction that adds a proactive apology and discount for shipping‑delay complaints; the system audited existing rules, created the new workflow, generated discount codes, and let me preview the exact response before activation. The whole loop—from problem discovery to fix—took seconds, demonstrating a two‑minute setup for any Gorgias user.
