Move Out

I demonstrate the service‑transfer process for moving a customer out and adding a new tenant. I select Move Out, set the move‑out date to calculate the closing‑bill proration, then complete the closing bill—enter a meter read, handle any deposit, add a note, and post it, which deactivates the old account and unlinks the location. I create new account, enter the tenant’s name and contact, save it, and the location will bill new account in next cycle. Finally I show optional steps: upload proof of purchase and transfer prior balance before finalizing.
