I demonstrate how to use AI chat to analyze a signed master services agreement (MSA) and four amendments, extract the changes between each version, and output them in a structured comparison table. I show the simple prompt, use the Improve Prompt button to refine it, then let the tool generate the table. Finally, I copy the table into Word using the Insert into Word feature, noting it can also be copied to email.
