Reporting Overview

I show how to access dashboard reporting via the Dashboard → Reports menu, then walk through the available report categories. I point out pre‑created dashboards, explain that exportable data lives under Operations (e.g., account contacts, services), demonstrate filtering by rate code (SSWR), and introduce the County Reports such as the AR Summary Aging view with account‑level granularity. Finally, I cover the Report Builder for custom reports and the Activity Trail to review actions from the past 30 days.
