Summary
I demonstrate how to record a field meter replacement in Current using the Meter Changeout feature so the old meter's final read and the new meter's starting read are saved for accurate billing. I start from the location, select Meter Changeout (not Add Meter), link or create a service order, enter the old meter's final read and the new meter's details, then complete the changeout and verify the new meter is active. I also show how to resume an unfinished changeout from View Changeouts.
